Sundays are for swinging musical feasts at The Nellie ( as the hotel is affectionately known ). Savour an irresistible brunch menu to the tune of live jazz music and add a champagne sparkle with an option for unlimited bubbly. Access to the professionally supervised Children’s Club is also included for little ones, so you can sit back and start your Sunday in style.
The Mount Nelson or the Pink Hotel is a Cape Town institution and so worth a visit or stay! Roz’s childhood favorite for high tea with her father, a special place more recently imbued with a fresh energy by Liam and his team with restaurants and bars that are fit for the most discerning guest.
Suggestions for the rest of the day: (we wish we could join you!)
The choices in Cape Town are truly endless, but if we could join you we would perhaps, if weather permits, make our way up Table Mountain on the last cable car for a spectacular sunset from on high, and then we would make our way to Salon ( one of the best restaurants in Africa ) or their sister restaurants, so many choices!
